Shahram Yermian is the Founder, President and Senior Partner at Lemonator Law Firm. With over two decades of legal experience, he specializes in advocating for California consumers against vehicle manufacturers and insurance companies. 

Mr. Yermian earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California (USC) before receiving his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in 2003.  He was admitted to the State Bar of California the same year.

Throughout his career of over two decades, Mr. Yermian has successfully represented thousands of Californians, maintaining a 99% success rate. His practice focuses on negotiating and/or litigating complex claims against the world's largest automakers, including FCA (Fiat, Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, Jeep), Ford, Hyundai, Kia, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover, Porsche, Bentley, and Rolls-Royce and against major insurance companies, including but not limited to, Farmers, Allstate, Progressive, Geico, AAA, and Mercury.
